• The tyres have already been fitted, or
• The goods are customised or supplied as part of an urgent fitting service you requested.

6.2 Cancellation of Services

If fitting has already taken place, the right to cancel may no longer apply.

7. Returns and Faulty Goods

• Tyres must be unused and returned in their original condition unless faulty.
• If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

8. Refunds
